We accept orders for delivery to any part of the world.
Products will be dispatched in accordance with the delivery method you have selected from the options available on our website.
Our delivery charges are 

UK Shipping

Free Shipping on orders over £100

Standard Shipping (2-3 Working Days): £4.95

Express Shipping (Next Working Day): £9.95


International Shipping

EU Express (2-3 Working Days): £14.99

Rest of World (3-5 Working Days): £23.99

Note: EU customers are responsible for import taxes & duties on their order.

We will endeavour to dispatch the product(s) to you as soon as possible after you place your order (normally within 14 days if the product(s) is/are in stock) and in any event within 30 days beginning on the day after you place your order, other than in the case of pre-orders, for which the dispatch date will be on or around the date set out on our website for that product.
If we are unable to dispatch the product(s) within that time we will contact you to let you know, and will give you the right to cancel the order and to receive a full refund.
As soon as the product(s) is/are delivered to you, you are responsible for it/them.
Ownership of the Products will only pass to you when we receive full payment of all sums due in respect of the Products, including delivery charges.




To return or exchange an item you will need to print off your original order confirmation and write on there why you want to return the item.​

Please repackage your item wherever possible in the original packaging and enclose a copy of your order confirmation.

Post items with cost of postage clearly marked on the outside of the package. If this is not possible please enclose a receipt of postage within the package. Obtain a proof of posting wherever possible. Note postage refunds will ONLY be paid on faulty items.

For international returns: please mark your package. Goods returned under warranty: F4URCE will NOT be able to pay for customs charges incurred when returning items. We will refuse any returns that incur a duty charge because the package was not marked correctly.

Note we only accept returns that are under 60 days from the date of purchase for faults and 28 days from date of purchase for exchange/refund providing the garment has not been washed or worn and is returned in there same condition along with all the packaging. Items returned without all of the packaging and not in the same condition as they were dispatched when you placed your order will be either subject to a £28 restocking charge OR refusal to refund and your purchase will be shipped back to you.

When we receive your return we will aim to process it within 10-16 working days and will refund you on any monies owing and the return postage only if the goods are faulty (up to the value of £5 UK, $13 US, €9 EUR) directly to the card you used to purchase your original item(s).

If you do have any enquiries about your return once it has been posted, please contact us. Please include the date the item was posted, which address it was sent back to, the name it was sent under and the items tracking number if applicable.
